In order to maintain your Personal search criteria, you will need to become a Member on the "Match-Maker" Listing Portal.  This is necessary in order to maintain your requirements, separate from other users of the service.  The system maintains your privacy and is easy to use.
Access to the "Match-Maker" Listing Portal is instant, free and without obligation.
 
Once you have used the system, I believe the advantages will be clear.  By creating your own search, the system will isolate all listings that Match your personal search criteria.  In addition, whenever a new listing is released, that meets your criteria, the system will automatically email you the detail of the listing, 24 to 48 hours before you'll see it on mls.ca.  Gone, are the days spent peering over countless irrelevant listings in mls.ca, that don't meet your needs.  You can even mark your favourite listings, for later review, with your spouse, family or significant other.
